    Introduction

    INTRODUCTION

    India is an agricultural country and agriculture is considered the pillar of the economy. The share of the agricultural sector in the country’s gross national income is 18.2%. Considering the country’s population increasing geometrically, it is necessary to increase agricultural income. Zilla parishad Agriculture department works with the motto of BAHUJAN HITAAY, BAHUJAN SUKHAAY Department works with objective to make timely availability of seeds, fertilisers, & pesticides to the farmers, to create awareness about use of modern technology in agriculture among the farmers, and to help the farmers belongings to SC & ST community by providing subsidy for new Irrigation well & related items.
