Information on Various Housing Schemes Under District Rural Development Agency (Zilla Gramin Vikas Yojana)
1. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G)
Objective:
To provide permanent houses to all houseless and families living in kaccha houses by the year 2024 under the “Housing for All” mission.
Eligibility:

Beneficiaries selected from the SECC 2011 list

Homeless or living in 0, 1, or 2-room kaccha houses
-
Not paying income tax or GST
-
Not owning a motorized vehicle, agricultural machinery, or fishing boat
-
Not having a government job or pension
-
Landless laborers, single women, disabled individuals, SC/ST, minorities, and BPL families

₹18,000 for toilet construction under Swachh Bharat Mission
